A New Adventure Every Week for TK Through 6th Grade

Each week of summer camp at Safari Kid Santa Clara centers on a fresh theme that gives children something new to look forward to while building real skills across every domain of development. Our program serves children from TK through 6th grade, blending collaborative projects, games, sports, dance, drama, and technology into a summer that’s genuinely fun and genuinely enriching.

Our curriculum draws from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and other respected methodologies to nurture the whole child: cognitive, social, language and literacy, physical, emotional, and health and care development. No single area gets left behind over the summer.

How Summer Camp Weekly Themes Work

Each week introduces a new backdrop that shapes everything campers do together. One week might center on science exploration; the next might dive into cultural discovery, outdoor adventure, or the arts. The theme isn’t just a label. It’s the lens through which children tackle that week’s projects, discussions, and activities.

Every theme weaves in a deliberate mix of skill-building experiences:

• Arts and drama: Hands-on arts and crafts and dramatic play give children room to express ideas in ways that go beyond worksheets
