Hello! My name is Sonal Jagad and I am the proud owner of Safari Kid Mowry – the first franchise of Safari Kid. I have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Mumbai University with specialization in Home Science and Child Development. l love being around children and believe all kids deserve to have a safe educational environment to learn and grow. As a mother, it never ceases to amaze me how children think and learn — and what wonders can be achieved if they are exposed to a caring and nurturing environment. I have two children of my own who have grown up to become wonderful young adults pursuing their dreams in the field of engineering and medical science.

I started my association with Safari Kid over 16 years ago as a teacher/director and have owned Safari Kid Mowry for the last 12 years. Today, Safari Kid Mowry operates two centers in central Fremont, California and I am proud to say we have positively impacted the lives of hundreds of children over the last decade. We strive every day to provide a lasting education to each child that comes through our center.

I believe it is very common in the childcare industry and specifically in preschools to get bogged down in the daily schedules of taking care of children. That just should not be the case. As the song goes children are OUR future, teach them well and let them lead the way – this is so true. At Safari Kid Mowry, we are pleased to offer the newest, most exciting, innovative programs in childcare. Our classrooms are unique in that they target the younger students to assist with their fine and gross motor skills, sensory stimulation and social interactions . Our Safari Kid education program promises to benefit the younger children, but also our afterschoolers who can always use extra positive affirmation and guidance.

At Safari Kid Mowry, we recognize that our parents have busy schedules and we support them the best we can. We offer pick-up and drop-off services, in-house extra-curricular activities like – Dance, Chess, Lego Robotics, Public Speaking, Debate and many more so that their schedules can be accommodated.
