  • Ms. Seema Rathi Director
My name is Ms. Rathi. I’m a mom of three kids, 2 in high school and 1 in middle school who keep me on my toes! I grew up in a town called Ambala in India, and I completed my B. Ed and M. Ed from Kurukshetra University. I taught high school students in India for 10 years before coming to the US and most recently taught elementary school students in the San Mateo Foster City school district. Teaching has been my life’s passion and I particularly enjoy preschool/KG children. My sense of accomplishment and fulfillment comes from helping children achieve their potential and make positive contributions to society. Hobbies I enjoy outside of early education involve crafting and interior decoration. I also love to travel!

  • Ms. Jyothi Vemireddy Toddler Teacher

My name is Jyothi. I grew up in India, where I began my career as an educator. I have been an educator for more than a year. I am currently a teacher’s assistant for the toddler program. Children are a joy to be around! I not only love teaching, but I believe we as adults can also learn a lot from children, and I learn from them daily. When I see a child I work with is inspired by my lessons and the environment around them, I know I am fulfilling a purpose in life.

  • Ms. Puja Gupta After School Teacher

I am from Jabalpur, India. I have a master’s degree in chemistry. I have been working for the PTA and school for the last 5 years. I currently teach kindergarten and first-grade students. I am passionate about facing the challenge of teaching students who have not been successful in the past and seeing them become successful in the present by simplifying concepts in a way they understand better. My interpersonal and organizational skills are what I consider to be my biggest accomplishments. Last year I organized a science competition event in which over 280 students participated. This event ended successfully with lots of appreciation from parents. During my time away from work, I love to play board games, watch Indian movies, and go hiking.

  • Ms. Kushi Assistant Director

Hi, my name is Ms. Khushi and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Director at Safari Kid Hayward With over 12+ years of teaching experience from Pre-K through 10th grade, I bring not only strong educational expertise but also a genuine love for helping children grow into confident, capable individuals.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Arts from Panjab University and a Master’s degree in Education and Social Studies. I also earned my Early Childhood Education (ECE) credential through American Montessori Society. My journey in education has always been guided by one belief: every child deserves encouragement, structure, and a nurturing environment to shine.

As a proud mother of one son and the wife of an IT professional, I deeply understand the trust families place in a school. In my free time, I cherish making memories with my husband and son, as family is at the heart of everything I do. That same care, dedication, and warmth extend into my work each day.

I feel truly blessed to be part of a community where children are inspired, supported, and celebrated. It is my mission to help create a school environment where every child feels valued, every family feels confident, and every achievement—big or small—is a reason to be proud.
