In my role as Executive Director for Safari Kid, I bring over 11 years of experience in early childhood education and more than 8 years as a director. I oversee all aspects of program management, staff leadership, and curriculum development. I am dedicated to creating a physically and emotionally safe educational environment that allows children, staff, and families to thrive. My role involves ensuring high standards of care, fostering a collaborative team, and building strong relationships. I am passionate about nurturing a space where learning flourishes.

Educational Background:

• Masters in Electronics & Communication, 
• Child Development Program Site Supervisor permit from California Commission on Teacher Credentialing

As the After School Director for Safari Kid, I oversee program planning, staff supervision, and student engagement to ensure a supportive and enriching environment. With a commitment to innovative teaching methods, I enjoy the challenges that come with supporting children in the classroom. My role included coordinating activities, maintaining safety standards, and fostering positive relationships with both students and parents. I am passionate about finding creative ways to help each child thrive.

Educational Background:

• BA in English Literature from Bhartidasan University.
• Early Childhood Education Associate teacher’s degree, 
• Completed Site Supervisor course from Las Positas College.

As the Preschool Director for Safari Kid, I bring over 7 years of experience in early childhood education. I oversee daily operations, ensuring a nurturing, structured environment where every child can thrive. With a strong background in teaching and administration, I guide my team to provide exceptional care and educational experiences. I am dedicated to fostering positive relationships and developmental growth in our students. 

Educational Background:

• Masters in Accountancy.
• ECE Credentials from Las Positas College
• Directors Supervisor Permit from California Commission on Teachers Credentialing.
• Experience – 6 years and above in early childhood education

I have been with Safari Kid for 4 years. As Preschool Director, I oversee staff, ensure compliance with corporate and legal regulations, and handle various administrative tasks. I also maintain open communication with parents. 

My passion for early childhood education stems from the unique experiences each day brings and the immense potential children have to offer. My goal is to make a positive impact in children’s lives by fostering positive relationships, creating a safe environment, and providing structure during their formative years.

• Master’s Degree in Biotechnology from the University of Bangalore
• ECE units + Associate Teacher Certificate of Achievement from Las Positas College

As the Assistant Director of After-School Care, I play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for our students. My responsibilities include supervising classrooms, assisting in the development and implementation of lesson plans, ensuring the safety of both children and the premises, and executing various activities both in the classroom and around the school. I am committed to fostering a nurturing atmosphere that promotes the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of every child.
